The project’s intention was to highlight the qualities of the existing construction with the rehabilitation of this 1930s building and to privilege the view from the hill over the city. The option to recover and keep all the existing stonework and carpentry highlights the simplicity of the solutions adopted occasionally with a more contemporary character.
